How Open Circuits Work

Open Circuits are time-limited competitions inside Amiko League, scored from the ranked Amiko Arena matches you already play. Each circuit sets when it runs and how matches score: join one, play ranked PvP as usual, and finish in the top 3 to earn a placement medal.

What is a Circuit?

A circuit is a bounded window of competition — a format filter plus a scoring window. While you're in a circuit, every ranked match that matches the filter is automatically tracked, scored, and ranked alongside everyone else who joined. No manual submission, no check-in required.

How it works

Circuit formats

Every circuit uses one of four format filters. The filter determines which of your matches count.

Format What it answers
Amiko Who is the best with this amiko?
Squad Who is the best with this squad?
Element Who is the best with this element?
Element Combo Who is the best with this element combo?

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an open circuit?

An open circuit is a time-limited competitive window inside Amiko League: Arena. Each circuit defines when the window is open and which matches count; every qualifying match scores points by outcome (win +10, loss −7, draw 0).

How do I join an open circuit?

Open the Circuits page, pick an active circuit, and click Join. Once you're in, every ranked PvP match you play is automatically tracked against that circuit's format filter.

What do I win?

Top 3 finishers earn placement medals. Categorical awards recognize achievements like longest win streak, most matches played, or best performance with a specific amiko. Some circuits include real prize pools.

What circuit formats are available?

Amiko (per-species), Squad (per-composition), Element (per-element), and Element Combo (per-dual-element). Each filter determines which of your matches count toward your circuit score.

Can I create my own circuit?

Yes. Any player can create a circuit — pick a format, set the window, and invite others to compete. The circuit shows up on the main Circuits page once it's active.
