Amiko League is operated by SquadSync Gaming LLC. The Privacy Policy in force since December 12, 2025 explains what the Service collects — account details, usage and device data, and the public game data of a linked Aurory account — how that information is used and shared, how long it is kept, and the access, correction, deletion and portability rights you can exercise at [email protected]. Personal data is never sold.

1. Information we collect
Information you provide, plus information collected automatically as you use the Service.
- Account information — email address, username, and authentication credentials via an OAuth provider (Google, Discord, Apple) or wallet authentication.
- Profile information — anything else you choose to add to your profile.
- Payment information — handled by third-party payment processors; full payment card details are not stored.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
- Device information — device, browser, operating system, and IP address.
- Game data — when you link an Aurory account, the publicly available game data associated with it, used to produce analytics and insights.

To provide, maintain and improve the Service; to process transactions and send related information; to send technical notices, updates and support messages; to respond to questions and requests; to monitor and analyze trends, usage and activity; to detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity; and to personalize your experience.

Information is shared with service providers acting on our behalf (payment processing, analytics, hosting); where required by law, regulation or legal process; to protect the rights, property and safety of Amiko League, its users or others; in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets; and with your consent. Personal data is not sold.

Information is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterwards where necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
